Amanda is a mother, wife, nurse and co author who spends her time supporting her family and community. She is a patron for animals and women supporting women . In this podcast she will be covering the grieving process and how we can support each other during dark times.
Amanda talks about the different levels of grief, and the reality that we can experience grief in such a wide variety of ways; loss of life, or the loss of a job, or the end of a relationship, etc. She focuses today on how we can support someone who is currently grieving, and the words we can use to show our support.
